Peter and Linzi Engagement Shoot

They flew me to Chicago... what?! It was one of the best few days that I've had in a few years. I loved being there, shooting them, talking with them, and being apart of this memorable moment. It was the very best and Peter and Linzi are PERFECT for one another. It really was an incredible time for me. Thank you guys for being so great!

Industrial class

I realized that I haven't posted ANYTHING since I was at home over Christmas Break. So, let's see... the children here are more wonderful everyday and I am going to miss them so incredibly much. Lots and lots of funny things happen. I really should write them down.

But this is what we're here for... pictures right? These are from my class. It's been so fun and I love what I can capture with the use of technology. So there are pictures from a drop tank, splashes, as well as spills, and two that we really threw into the air and took pictures of.

Shooting the Cousins

This is the oldest of the set of three that came over today.  I think her image is absolutely lovely.  And, might I add, today was quite an enjoyable one "shooting" my cousins.

The middle child had to go first, but her image is beautiful.  She's a stunning girl.

The boy is the youngest, a rambunctious child.

The "Family" Christmas

On Thursday evening all 20 of us got together for our annual Christmas party.  This is the first year we took a group picture.  In fact, I don't know if we've ever taken a group picture with everyone in attendance.  But '07 is the lucky year.  Anyhow Reedley friends, thanks for everything!  You guys are pretty great.

New Assignment

Our new assignment is a self portrait... well, really a website about myself that won't get published on the world wide web. But here's my image anyway. I took it tonight in my room.

Moore's

Probably my favorite family picture that I took of the Moore's. I honestly was nervous that I didn't get anything good when working with them but I proved myself wrong... I think.

Things I consider fun...

Making cakes with a friend (Renee) as gifts to all the other friends of Reedley. And playing in Photoshop.

Monica and Stephanie

These two are such great friends and I am so blessed to have them in my life. I love you girls.

Lightning Storm

When I finally got my camera the lightning had moved past and was no longer directly overhead. But that's okay. I still got a few shots filled with telephone lines.

Halloween

We survived, as did the kids. Spending Halloween at the Moore's house everyone enjoyed chili and chicken noodle soup, a very nice pairing, before heading out to four different houses to trick or treat. The kids were simply adorable. In the company of Tiger and Little Roo as well as Princess Belle, another Princess (I'm really not sure which one... oh, I was just informed she was Princess Fiona, I should have known), two Spiderman's, a Flower, and a Ladybug the adults joyfully tagged along through the dark cul-de-sacs hoping that the kids would score some delicious candies for them to eat. The evening ended with a movie showing on the garage door. Just like the good ol' days of drive-in theaters. All in all, Halloween was a treat.
